I followed all 3 of my ‘vacation workout rules’:
1. Keep the workout short (less than 30 min)
2. Incorporate the local area, whenever possible
3. End the workout, whenever possible, with a swim.
This workout I just used a skipping rope (optional), the playground, and my simple interval timer.
And it’s called a beach body workout because I was by the beach. If you have a body on the beach, you have a beach body 😉
Here’s the workout:
Warm Up
8 x 20 seconds on/ 10 sec rest alternating high knee skipping and burpees
8 x 20 seconds on/ 10 sec rest alternating skater hops and hanging leg raises
8 x 20 seconds on/ 10 sec rest alternating lunge jumps and bench jumps
SWIM 🙂
