Hey 🙂 Thanks for taking the time to read this post and watch my video. I LOVE workouts- but mostly because of how I feel after. I feel accomplished, peaceful, energized, vibrant, excited for life! Workouts improve my life; workouts are not my life. For that reason, and because I want to feel post-workout fantastic everyday, I prefer short and sweet sweat sessions. You feel great, and then you can get back to living your life.
I did this workout one morning on my aunt’s driveway in Slovenia. It was quick, tough and made me feel fantastic for the rest of the day.
Here’s a great 15 minute interval workout that you can do anywhere…
Set your timer for 20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off for 8 rounds. You’ll be alternating between two exercises for 8 rounds. There are three groups of 8 rounds altogether.
1. High Knees (marching or running)
2. Lunges or lunge jumps
1. Burpees (with jump or walk in/out)
2. Squats or squat jumps
1. Ski Abs
2. Skater hops
You’re done! Warm down, stretch and give yourself a high five! Seriously. You deserve some major credit!
