This is your friendly reminder to check back in with those goals and intentions you’ve created for yourself.
Remember your big why. What made you go down this path towards better health and fitness? When was the last time you read your goals? When was the last time you got excited about where you are going? I know… it’s simple… but are you doing it?
If it’s been more than 1 week, do that now.
The more you come back to your goal, and the reasons why you want to get there, the easier it is to stay focused and to make better choices. I don’t know about you, but in a world of endless distractions from social media, Netflix, and 24-hour access to delicious food, I prefer to make achieving my goals as EASY as possible.
When thinking about your goals, think long-term. When thinking about progress, focus on TODAY. What are 3 simple, doable actions you can take today to move you 1% closer to your goal? What does winning look like for today? What will you do today so that you end the day feeling proud?
Keep taking it one day and one choice at a time, and you will get where you want to go.
