Welcome to Fit for Life, a Kinesiology designed fitness program specifically for women over 50. Fit for Life is designed to help women become stronger, fitter, more energetic and with fewer aches and pains.

A few words that are common sense but I need to say anyway: Not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone. Check with your health care provider before beginning any fitness program to avoid/reduce the risk of injury.
