“Live It” is all about staying consistent. Most women have tried everything to lose weight, except consistency. That is about to change.

Live It aligns with Follow Through, Celebrating Wins, Getting Feedback/ Results and Troubleshooting Problems. 

In this phase you’ll learn and practice overcoming the barriers that have stopped you in the past: emotional eating, stress, lack or time, boredom, low motivation, of simply because you don’t feel it anymore. You’ll ditch your inner ‘fat girl’- the one that keeps you stuck in the diet cycle so that you can embrace your new identity as a fit, vibrant and healthy you.

This phase will continue to evolve as I add lessons and courses to help you stay consistent. You may or may not get through all the lessons- and that’s OK! The lessons are here to support you on your journey. Your coach will recommend specific lessons based on your challenges. 

Lessons with an asterisk* are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for absolutely everyone (I was going to write ‘mandatory’ but everything here is a choice ;). Lessons without the asterisk are geared toward specific challenges that may or may not be applicable to you.
