Do you consider yourself a serial starter?
Do you start strong, hot out of the gate, and then over time you find that your motivation fizzles… and soon enough you’re back to the chocolate chips in the pantry each afternoon?
Or, maybe you’re doing well right now, but you’re worried that you won’t be able to keep it up?
If I had a dime for every time someone asked me ‘how do I keep the momentum going?’, I might not be rich… but I’d at least be able to buy a new pair of runners… or maybe a few liters of gas 😬
If you’re great at starting, but find it tough to keep it going, welcome to being human.
While I don’t have any magic sparkle dust to sprinkle over you to give you lasting motivation, I DO have some real talk on how to create it for yourself.
Diet plans tell you what to eat, how much to eat, or when to eat. That’s it.
❌ Diets don’t teach you how to stay motivated so that you keep going, even on days you don’t feel like it
❌ Diets don’t teach you what to do when you overeat or fall off track
❌ Diets don’t teach you how to get yourself out for a walk when you feel like staying on the couch
I teach you what diet’s don’t.
If your past pattern is to go ‘all in’ and then fizzle out when you get bored, or stressed, or it just feels too hard, you’ll want to listen to episode 242 of the Fit + Vibrant You Podcast.
Press play (bonus points if you walk while you listen) and I’ll teach you what diets don’t, how to keep the momentum going!
