“Start with where you are and with what you have” -Christine Line.
And that’s just the start of the fantastic takeaways from my interview with Christine Line.
Christine is a Certified Chek Exercise Coach, Chek HLC Level 2 Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, SPIN/Fitness Instructor, Yoga Instructor and is a Certified Triathlon coach with Triathlon Ontario. Christine has been actively teaching and training in the health and fitness industry for 20 years. Her success in helping to motivate and shape the lives of thousands stems from her own personal passion for health, fitness and great food as well as a respect for living a balanced life. As a mother of three and business owner, she continues to focus on her own fitness by competing regularly in cycling, triathlon and running events as well as constantly stepping our of her comfort zone to try new things!
Christine believes being truly “fit” means really looking at the whole individual. To achieve optimal performance you need to do more than just train to look good. Everything starts from within so building a strong foundation is key in order to succeed and exceed in sport, fitness or general wellness.
