First, know that it’s absolutely okay to not have big lofty, scary goals. But when you get that ‘itch’ that you know there’s something else out there that you want, we may still not go after it. WHY?
I go over the four thieves of moving forward:
1. Fear of Failure
2. Fear of Success
3. Not believing that you are that person at the ‘end of our goal’
4. Not knowing the ‘how to’. What’s your next step?
I also go over a very important concept: unbreakable boundaries.
