I first learned about Julie Stubblefield through her podcast “Love Your BODcast”. I subscribed right away and look forward to a new episode each week.
My interview with Julie was chock-full of quotable’s, such as:
“It’s expected that changing your body has to hurt.”
“When you love something, you take care of it.”
After losing 70 pounds, Julie Stubblefield STILL didn’t love her body. As the Body Freedom Coach, she teaches women how to treat their bodies with love and respect by breaking out of the dieting rut, the body shame, and the cycle of starting again on Monday.
