FVY 33: Liberate your Life with Amber Chalus

I am so excited to release this episode!

I had an amazing time talking to Amber and I’m thrilled that I get to share our conversation with you.  I left the interview feeling strong, confident, empowered, and really happy.  You know- when you have that extra spring in your step and smile on your face šŸ˜‰

Amber Chalus is the founder of The Liberated Woman, a Free-Spirited Explorer, Writer, Yoga Teacher and Podcast Host. Her mission is to inspire women to nurture their physical and spiritual health through yoga, mindfulness and radical self love. She believes that every woman deserves to feel connected to her body, radiate with confidence and live the life of her dreams.

She currently lives in Nipawin, Saskatchewan with her charming British husband and adorable rescue dog, Indiana Jones. Exploring even more ways to empower women to escape the ordinary, discover their bliss & find freedom within. What you get to look forward to in this episode:

  • 3 steps to living that full, authentic life (not all the steps are easy… but I think you’re worth it!)
  • Why self care is so important to yourself, and also to others
  • Different ways to center and ground yourself daily

We also talked a bit about meditation, and it’s something I really struggle with!  Be sure to download Amber’s Beautiful Morning Meditation Guide by clicking here.
