You’ve probably heard somewhere along the way that you shouldn’t compare yourself to others. Or the only person you should be better than is who you were yesterday.
These quotes and statements make really lovely quote cards, but making it a practice is a very different story.
We DO compare ourselves to others. It’s normal, and sometimes it’s even helpful. And sometimes it’s not helpful to compare yourself to where you were yesterday.
