Homemade Fruit Popsicles

It’s hot… very hot.  At the time that I’m writing this, we’re weeks into a heat wave of daily highs of 33-35 degrees Celsius (that’s about 90 F for my American friends!).  I thought it’s the perfect time to make homemade Popsicle’s.

This was my first go at making popsicle’s. I’d like to try some more adventurous flavour combinations as well: maybe raspberry and mint? Lime? The options are endless. And, whenever you make your own food from scratch, it’s almost guaranteed to be healthier than store bought options.

I’d love to know what your favourite flavour combination is!

Ingredients
  1. 2 frozen bananas
  2. 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  3. 1 cup blueberries
Instructions
  1. Blend together (I used a vita mix)
  2. Pour into Popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze and enjoy!
Notes
  1. Run the molds under warm water before serving so the Popsicle slides out easier!
