I am a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Kinesiologist and High Performance Coach and I created Fit + Vibrant LIVE IT for women just like you.
I combine diagnostic nutrition and brain science to help you stop emotional eating, regain energy, and reach your healthy weight so you can live vibrantly.

In Fit + Vibrant LIVE IT we’ll work together to remove the barriers, challenges, roadblocks and anything else that can get in the way or have tripped you up in the past: emotional eating, stress eating, boredom, feeling deprived, hitting a plateau, vacations, special events- parties, birthdays- no support at home, when you don’t feel like it anymore.

Weight loss is the natural consequence of taking care of your health. However, what YOUR body needs to be optimally well is unique to you.
So many women are told that everything is ‘normal’ or that they need to live with their symptoms of fatigue, weight loss resistance, low sex drive, malaise, bloating, achy joints or poor sleep. They are often given a band aid solution such as antidepressants or antacids, or told that they just need to eat less.
These symptoms (fatigue, weight loss resistance, low sex drive, malaise, bloating, achy joints or poor sleep) are not the problem, they are the RESULT of the problem.
Rather than trying to treat symptoms, we’ll work together to build simple habits to optimize your health, reduce cravings and improve your energy.

This is like asking ‘how is an elephant different from Hawaii. They are COMPLETELY different. Diets tell you what to eat and when to eat it. Except you already KNOW what you could do or should to lose weight… you’re just not doing it consistently.
I teach you to identify and overcome the REAL reason you struggle with food.
Most women in the program are in their 50s or 60s. We also have women who join in their 40s (and 70s and beyond)
100%- as long as you show up and do the work. We have women who join in their late 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s.
Because the program and coaching is online, we do use some technology. The course content is on my website (I’ll set you up with access) and I have a video that walks you through the course. It’s pretty intuitive though! You’ll need to use Zoom and email. Facebook is optional. I have a step-by-step outline on how to download and login to Zoom. Some women need a bit of extra help to get started, but once they do it once, they find it easy.
Yes. We have bonus workout modules, but Fit + Vibrant LIVE IT is not a fitness program. I teach you how to THINK differently. Even if you cannot do any physical activity at all, you can still do this program.
Many of our women have supportive spouses, and many do not. Your spouse’s support is not required for you to change your life. And if you have failed so many times in the past, don’t expect that your spouse will believe that this time will be different (even though it will be!)
Instead of saying “Hey, I want to join this program and even though I’ve failed so many times in the past. You know how hard it is for me to lose weight. What do you think?” say something like “I’ve just completed a short training, and for the first time, it makes so much sense. I already feel so much better, and I want to keep going. I want to take care of myself. I want to finally end this struggle with food and diet so that I can feel happier and I would love your help and support. Are you open to that?”
Most women continue into our Alumni program because they LOVE having the coaching, support, and ongoing learning.

You’re human, and it’s perfectly normal to be afraid to start again. So many of my members have told me that they filled out the form multiple times before hitting ‘submit’.
Yes. You will get private coaching from our coaches in both programs, and biweekly 1-1 calls in the LIVE IT + FDN option. On the small group coaching calls, you can choose to simply observe without being coached on the call. We have many women who don’t want to talk in public and choose to watch the program without a lot of interaction with others. If you are looking for personal connection on a small level, we offer the chance to be paired with a partner if this would be a good fit for you.
With that being said, changing your lifestyle does require time and energy/bandwidth.
From a time perspective, most women attend one coaching call per week (approx 1 hour) and do about 20-30 minutes of training/ course work each week. The pace is flexible and there is no behind.
Yes. Tanja, along with her team, coaches the weekly group calls, and the 1-1 calls. Plus, you’ll receive a coaching note from her each and every morning.
Fit + Vibrant LIVE IT works for all eating styles because it is not a diet. We have women who are vegans, vegetarians, have food allergies/intolerances and some who are following other specific diet plans.
In the FDN program, we work closely together to determine the best eating style to fit your preferences and lifestyle while helping you reach your goals.
You are able to watch the replays. Many of our women watch the replays. You are still able to ask questions ahead of time.
If you’ve had a GI MAP by Diagnostic Solutions or DUTCH test in the past 60 days and have not yet started a protocol, you may use those test.
Although we advocate food and lifestyle changes first, supplementation is one small part of the FDN process. Most women budget between $100-$150/month for supplements. We work with each person to create a plan that matches their budget.
