If you want to change your life, change your thoughts.

Are you intentional about where you focus your thoughts?

Are you focusing on your past patterns of failure and giving up or are you focusing on what you’re willing and able to do right now today to move yourself forward?

Are you thinking “I’ve always failed” or “I’m a perfectionist” or “I’ve always struggled with eating”?

Stop focusing on your past patterns unless you want to bring those past patterns with you in life.

If it’s something you don’t want, like your pattern of procrastination, the all-or-nothing diet mindset, then stop directing your attention there.

You’re draining your thought energy on the problem. You need that energy for the solution. You need that energy to create the change you want.

Your energy will follow your focus. Focus on what you want. Focus on what you are willing to do now to move forward.

You cannot create change when you’re focusing on the past. You cannot create breakthroughs when you’re running on old diet-mentality software.
