Margaret’s Story

“When I was 16 years old, I went to a TOPS meeting. I wasn’t even overweight. That was the start of my self-criticism and struggle with food and weight, gaining and losing 40, 50 pounds multiple times over my life.

I have gained and lost 35, 40, 50 pounds so many times in my life. And I was ready for something different.

I found the Fit + Vibrant You Podcast last January and thought “perfect, 40 minutes to occupy some time”. I felt like she was talking right to me. It was like she knew me; I listened to another and another and another, wearing my headphones while doing laundry and other housework: I couldn’t get enough.

Just from listening to the podcast, I started to make a few changes to my thinking and my eating patterns. When I first heard about the Fit + Vibrant 6 Week Transformation, I really questioned if it would be of any use to me as I had made quite a few changes already and thought I can do this alone.
